counting my blessings

got really scared last sat night. nanay called telling me that my tatay was already resting and was already ok. was so frightened when she said that since had no clue what she was talking about. didn't get her text message (damn these congested networks!) telling me that my tatay experienced numbness on his hand (am not so sure since was already semi-hysterical and couldn't understand the details) and that she brought him to the hospital. was so scared. couldn't stop crying. am so thankful to God that he's ok now. they just have to do some more tests to really make sure nothing else was affected. things like this makes you really see things differently, makes you count your blessings.
