just came from quezon city hall of justice. arvin (my housemate) was subpoenaed for the burglary/robbery case that happened a few months ago in our boarding house. katakot. we saw the accused and we were surprised that he was already out of prison. nag-bail ata pero we weren't informed :( my housemate also said that she thinks she saw that same guy yesterday right outside our compound. scary and nakakapraning. kayo na nga ang naagrabyado kayo pa yung takot. haaay... bat kaya ganun? the judge wasn't there so the hearing got rescheduled. katawa, the reason was birthday daw nung judge kahapon at tumawag daw kanina lang na itutuloy-tuloy na raw yung bakasyon 'til friday. to think that a lot of people actually took time to go to that hearing (madami pang ibang cases tapos yung mga kasama ko nag-leave pa talaga). tsk tsk tsk... pero sabagay, may right din naman syang magbakasyon.
