am sick :( don't know what's happening. been having a slight headache since sunday and slight fever since yesterday. had muscle pain last week :( haaaayy... half-day tuloy ako today. have lots of things to finish para makapagliwaliw next week. dapat matapos ko 'to lahat. ganbatte! aja! jia yo! *blushes - jologs kasi* :D

i forgot to include in my list that it also makes me happy (and giddy) when my crush talks to me :D this plus cashews, sampalok, skating and one jdorama (orange days) marathon made my weekend ;)

haven't been blogging lately, too busy watching jdramas :) most of the jdramas i've been watching can actually be categorized into 3.

1) aya ueto

*attack no. 1 - i'd give this 4 stars since this is what got me hooked on aya ueto. i wonder what made me download this drama. hmmm... probably because it's about volleyball. at first i was even irritated at aya's character but then towards the end surprisingly i became a fan. i like this drama. sakai ayana was also great on this one.

*ace wo nerae - 3.5 stars. tennis and aya ueto, 2 reasons why i watched this. i also like the guy that was paired with aya here (yoshizawa yuu). i just realized i like sports dramas, they're not so dramatic and they don't go lovey-dovey (which is a relief after watching so many kdramas). sakai ayana was also a part of this drama, seems like these two usually pair up when it comes to sports dramas and her character usually is better than aya's (i just read that she's aya's bestfriend).

*attention please - i just finished this last weekend. 4 stars since it made me laugh. aya ueto's character in this one also irritated me at first but as always i'd end up wanting to be like her character.

*azumi 1 & 2 - aya ueto rocks! (uhmmm... *blushes*) she plays an assassin on these 2 movies. the second one is basically the continuation of the first. lots of gokusen guys on this one. this girl gets to play characters i'd like to be (assassin, volleyball player and tennis player).

2) tsumabuki satoshi (a.k.a. "the extremely handsome guy" from fast and the furious tokyo drift :D)

*lunch queen (lunch no joou) - i'll give this 4 stars. way too many hot guys on this one :D yamapi and satoshi in one drama, what more can i ask for (uhmmm... takuya kimura please). i guess you can tell why i loved this drama. :D it has a great cast (takeuchi yuko from pride, yamada takayuki, ito misaki from gokusen and densha otoko,
tsutsumi shinichi from good luck, eguchi yosuke and of course yamashita tomohisa (yamapi) and tsumabuki satoshi. still missing 2 eps though.

*orange days - 4 stars and this is mostly because of satoshi. didn't like the girl (shibasaki kou), didn't like her in good luck either. but i've got to admit, i envy her (she got to kiss both takuya and satoshi - i guess this makes me dislike her more). the story's actually good. satoshi's character here is now my ideal boyfriend. :) this drama is more on the romance genre. i finished this drama in one sitting (slept at around 6am).

*kisarazu cat's eye - 5 stars! 3 reasons why i loved this drama: 1. it's hilarious 2. bussan (okada junichi) 3. the unexpected appearance of my dear satoshi. :D it's actually a pretty old drama (2002). i read a review about this a few years ago and i was curious about it since the review was really funny. it didn't disappoint :) (this shouldn't really be in this category since satoshi only appeared in the last ep)

3) yamashita tomohisa/yamapi

*nobuta wo produce - 5 stars! akira shock! one of the best jdoramas i've seen (although i haven't seen much yet). a story about friendship, an unlikely one, between 3 students. loved the story and the cast (kamenashi kazuya as shuji, horikita maki as nobuta, and of course yamashita tomohisa as akira).

*kurosagi - jdorama featuring yamapi and horikita maki (nobuta wo produce). i liked this drama although there wasn't really anything extraordinary about it (except yamapi :D). it's a drama about a swindler who targets other swindlers. (akira-nobuta team-up)

*lunch queen (see under tsumabuki satoshi)

*stand up!! - i've only seen the first 5 eps since the others aren't available for downloading yet. it's kinda funny but... hmmm... so far i don't find it that great (but worth finishing). i don't like the main character (asai shouhei played by ninomiya kazunari) :( shun oguri (gokusen, densha otoko, azumi 1&2, lei in hyd, etc.) and narimiya hiroki (gokusen, orange days, kisarazu cats eye, azumi, nana, etc.) are also in this one.

been really hooked on jdoramas, they're shorter, fast-paced and well, different. :)

little things that make me happy:

1. wearing new socks
2. cheese bibingcrepe (kailangang medyo mainit pa)
3. skating on ice (lalo na pag pawis ka na tapos mafefeel mo yung hangin at lamig)
4. listening to my favorite song and singing (and dancing when i'm alone) along with it even though i don't know and can't understand the lyrics (song varies, currently it's merry go round from yakitate!! japan)
5. asian series marathon (mostly jdramas lately)
6. chicken curry/bicol express/crispy liempo/tinolang manok/sinigang na hipon + 2 cups of rice for lunch
7. a book i can't put down
8. peanuts,walnuts,cashews, almonds and hazel nuts! (lalo na yung cadbury hazel nuts, yum!)
9. sampalok from UP shopping center
10. getting starstruck
