kisarazu cats! nya! cats! nya! cats! nya! (or is it meow? :P)

bussan! bambi! master! ani! ucchie! how i missed these guys. from the start i was already crying and then i found myself laughing then laughing while crying. i wasn't really sure if i was sad or happy. it kept on shifting from one to the other and sometimes overlaps (felt a little bit crazy.) i really did miss these guys. this is way better than the nihon series. at least the humor felt like the drama's. just hilarious. :D

this is a very good dorama and i'm not saying this just because takuya kimura is in it (ok, so maybe i am, a bit.) i am and probably will never be interested in politics but i loved how they made this interesting. *got bored during the long speech though* kimura is good, very, very, very good. i love how he acts, how he uses his whole face to express emotions and his comical expressions never fail to amuse me. he never overacts. that in itself is admirable. having a happy-go-lucky character that constantly shifts from being baka to serious can also be a bit confusing but he was actually able to pull this one off (no surprise there.)

i loved the whole cast too. abe hiroshi was just hilarious. they really do work well together. fukatsu eri, at first i was disappointed when i heard that she got the part but now i get it why she was chosen for this. kato rosa... kato rosa (a.k.a. jin's ex in my head) was a surprise. i had an inkling in the beginning that i might actually like her. episode 5 did the trick. that was one hilarious episode :P let's just say that if ever she does get back with jin (since it seems like everyone's getting back together), i really wouldn't mind. loved the minor characters too. the sensei-with-the-very-bad-idea and the SP were both quite adorable and the rest of the "asakura team" do grow on you :P *i still crack up whenever i remember the doctor's "mimi" scene* :P

i would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes takuya kimura. better than engine (but that's not saying much), hmmm... let's just say that i enjoyed it more than good luck! and it's rewatchable. ;)
