just had my dose of pot (prince of tennis) and can't help but feel a bit giddy :P it's been a long time since i finished watching the anime (marathon over one vacation) and i just realized how much i missed it. am currently watching the oav (nationals chapter). i love tezuka kunimitzu! (by love i mean i'm smitten *sighs*) kinda hated the ending of the anime since i can't believe ryoma could ever defeat my tezuka that easily. no way, mada mada dane! now he's back in top form and totally sugoi (yes, i do realize this is not normal behavior.)

finally finished strawberry on the shortcake and it was a bit difficult for me to stick til the end (although not as difficult as summer snow which until now i haven't gone back to yet.) i hated tackey's character and thank goodness *spoiler alert* they had enough sense to end it on a positive note (otherwise i would have hated it.) fukada kyoko's not bad, been putting off watching friends since i really didn't know who she was (and won bin wasn't enough to entice me.... hmmm, how'd this happen?) she kinda reminded me of erika sawajiri (1 litre of tears). i guess that was why i was afraid she might die in the end. she also kinda looked like song hye gyo (endless love 1, fullhouse) when her character was sick. kubuzoka yosuke (ping pong, go!, iwgp, gto) was kinda cute here although i think he portrayed his character a bit just like his other characters. was wondering how he won supporting actor in this (although i'm never gonna dispute his winning in ikebukuro west gate park, his was the best among all the cast.)

i'm kinda sleepy already. i wanted to finish watching dalja's spring but then i had a problem with episode 18 plus there wasn't enough time. i'm also currently watching witch yoo hee. the cast alone is enough reason for one to watch this. what could be better than having kim jeong hoon, jae hee and dennis oh in one series *drools* (uhhhmmm... i know you can name quite a lot, so can i :P) it helps that i like the female lead too. she reminds me of son ye jin (yes, i love son ye jin and song hye gyo and i don't care if you don't). i'm so glad i'm into kdramas once again.

am sleepy.... zzzzz...

went home last week. spent my vacation sleeping, watching bleach (it really wasn't that interesting after the soul society arc) and friends (hunting for episodes i haven't seen yet). tried watching slam dunk but i got bored.

we went to carigara (nanay's hometown) where we attended my nanay's high school alumni homecoming. it's a yearly event, those celebrating their 25th year have to host the event. my nanay's batch celebrated their 45th year :) it's a 3-day event, they have a parade on easter sunday followed by a social night (kinda like a big party) and a beach party. it's so nice to see people from all over the world coming home for just that occasion. our school doesn't have this :( it'd be nice to see my classmates 45 years from graduation.

oh yeah, donna and jason are getting married in december! hurray! at long last :D congrats to my dear friends.

another good news: jovs and yonie are pregnant! yey! congrats! :D

was also able to attend susan's (a.k.a. ate, my bestfriend) birthday. happy birthday te! :)

dramas/movies i've seen... let's see... i've seen fantasy couple. it's a good thing i watched this, almost gave up on kdramas. funny series, wasn't familiar with the actors but i liked them especially the female lead (i don't know her name). tried watching bad family after this but had to stop after a few episodes (i.e. i got bored). tried watching summer snow but lost interest somewhere in the middle of it. started dalja's spring and was really into it but the subbed version isn't complete yet :( another incomplete series i liked is hana kimi. really funny series but i have a long wait ahead of me since i only have half of it. started hello, black jack and i didn't think it was possible to hate a character played by satoshi tsumabuki. well, i guess i'll just have to finish this since i can't go on about hating my satoshi. :P

oh, i'll be taking tennis lessons tomorrow, yey! (it's at 7am... i hope i do wake up on time)
